Noutati despre ALB • Nume nou = deschidere catre toate IFN • Numar total membri = 20 (3 societati credit de consum, 17 societati de leasing) + BCR Leasing in procedura de asociere • Total cota de piata (reprezentare) = 64% din piata de leasing • Nu exista cifre consolidate pentru creditul de consum

  3. Realizari 2006 • Propunerile legislative din 2004 si 2005 au devenit texte de lege: • In vigoare : • OG28/2006, • Legea Leasingului • Aplicabile incepand cu 2007: • Codul Fiscal, • TVA • Cod Vamal • Legislatia secundara OG28/2006: • Normele BNR de aplicare a OG 28/2006 – deja in vigoare

CONCLUZII • Trenduri de dezvoltare la nivel european: • Proportie tot mai mare a leasingului operational; • Folosirea/finantarea echipamentelor si serviciile adiacente vor castiga teren; • Sectorul public va folosi din ce in ce mai mult leasingul; • Provocari: • Impozitarea/codul fiscal; • Cadrul legislativ si regulile contabile (IFRS) • Reglementarea BNR • (Acordul Basel II) – o situatie complexa ce se va repercuta si asupra leasingului.
