KIV KIV Korea Internet Volunteer Friends 4E Korea Agency for Digital Opportunity & Promotion(KADO) under authority of the Ministry of Information and Communication is established in 1984 with the aim of bridging the digital divide. With the vision to extend our business to the international field, KIV program has been formed in 2001. KIV program, mainly composed of professors and university students, provides IT training and other IT related volunteering activities to the local communities as well as disseminates the IT achievements of Korea by dispatching to IT developing countries. This program has contributed the advancing of common wealth and peace of international society and promoted the image of Korea as the IT leader in the world.
