  1. Summiting How can we allimprove? Everyone mustreach the top together: someneed more help than others, butit is a team effort. Climbing Team Am I doing okay? Does my team trust me? Will they help me?Am I equipped for this? During the climate and terrain check, teams assess whether their equipment and skills are sufficient to meet the challenges ahead. Climate & Terrain Check What do I need? What is expected of me? What resources will I have? Climbing teams use base camp to organize supplies, prepare individuals for the ascent, acclimate to the environmental conditions, and build relationships. Base Camp
