  1. Paul Brunst A Police Officer Being a full time police officer has been the designated profession of Paul Brunst for a good number of years. This time in serving has shown him the many different areas and aspects of his community, as well as those who live in it. This has served to strengthen his resolve in protecting those around him, especially his loved ones. Paul Brunst understands the demands and sacrifices that a person must make to become a police officer. They are numerous, and require a certain kind of individual to be able to uphold the law. While the demands can be heavy, the gratification that they get out of protecting others is what often drives them to continue doing what they do.

  2. Paul Brunst Hiking in Colorado Paul Brunst is a person who can appreciate the benefits and enjoyment of hiking. His profession as a police officer can be quite demanding, both physically, and mentally. He knows that the strenuous aspect of hiking helps keep his body in shape, while the drive to push himself is mentally beneficial. This activity helps him to decompress when off duty. Recreational shooting is a big hobby for Paul Brunst, as well as many throughout the country. Police officers deal with and handle firearms on a regular basis, and he is no exception. He uses the recreational act of shooting at a target to maintain his proficiency with it, as well as decompress from the stress caused by his profession’s demands.

As a police officer, Paul Brunst has seen numerous things that he knows are concerns to the public safety. Threats to public health are often not found by police, but are actually part of daily lives. Modern lifestyles combine unhealthy diets with little to no exercise, and result in numerous medical conditions. These conditions are preventable, but on the rise.

He manages to keep it together by striving to be the best person he can be for all fronts. Paul Brunst always makes sure to stay in shape with exercise, for the unexpected demands or situations that might arise during the job. He also enjoys activities that benefit him physically as well. This dedication to physical fitness keeps him in shape, and able to meet the demands of the job. He recognizes that this is important for his health. Mental health is extremely important for anybody, especially those with demanding professions, like a police officer. Physical and mental health go hand in hand.
