  2. Alat Dan Bahan • Pisau, pengalas, sarung tangan getah, periuk, dapur, senduk,bekas plastik. • Ubi kayu, ragi, air

  3. LANGKAH-LANGKAH EKSPERIMEN

  4. 1. Basuh semua peralatan hingga bersih • 2. Kupas kulit ubi kayu dengan pisau • 3. Kikis bahagian yang berlendir dengan belakang pisau hingga • bersih. • 4. Potong mengikut saiz yang sesuai • 5. Basuh ubi kayu hingga bersih • 6. Rebus hingga empuk • 7. Buang air rebusan • 8. Letakkan di atas dulang dan biarkan hingga benar-benar sejuk • 9. Hancurkan ragi dan tabur hingga rata. Pastikan tangan bersih • sebelum melakukannya. • 10. Gaul ragi hingga rata • 11. Masukkan ubi kayu ke dalam bekas • 12.Tutup bekas dengan rapat • Letakkan pada suhu bilik 2 – 3 hari

  5. Basuh semua peralatan • hingga bersih

  7. 3. Kikis bahagian yang berlendir dengan belakang pisau hingga bersih
