  2. Known as • Surname • Gender • Year/Stage • Free Meals (in receipt of) • Looked after status • Postcode • Attendance rate • Number of exclusions • Lates to date • Homelessness application • Main difficulty in learning

  3. Produces a list of pupils which provides a starting point for discussion • Some pupils on list may be removed and others added as a result

  4. Is there good quality support (personal support and IAG) to support young people in their choices and what progress is being made with the e-Prospectus?

  5. Clear advice and information about all the options available • Support and guidance to help young people make choices • and complete a career plan for the future • Early identification of school leavers • Regular personal support • Tracking and monitoring of pupils at post-statutory leaving age • A programme of careers education helping young people • develop skills and knowledge to make choices and the • transition to work and further learning • Input to school PSHE and vocational courses • An opportunity to learn about the world of work • Facilitation of 16+ LC and related offers

  6. Information gathered at school level and through Careers • Information verified by both partners and entered into the spreadsheet • Regular meeting between PTPS MCMC and Careers Advisor
