The Nashville Food Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to combating food insecurity in Davidson County. Operating a catering truck, we deliver healthy meals three days a week to homeless camps, serving over 2,400 meals monthly. Launched after the May 2010 Nashville Flood, our mission is to ensure increased access to nutritious food for the working poor and homeless. We gather food from local farms, supermarkets, and donations and even grow our own fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Join our teams of volunteers to practice hospitality and build transformative relationships.
