Claim Login the System
Claim Click ‘Claim’ in the Menu bar.

Claim – Search Account For choosing Hong Kong Identity Card as the document type, please choose the HKIC symbol. The HKIC symbol can be A, C, R, U or Others, and you must choose the correct alphabet according to the symbol on the HKIC of the HKIC holder concerned. You may choose the document type for the patient. When the first alphabet below the date of birth on the front face of the elder’s HKIC is not A, C, R or U, you can then choose “Others”. You may press ‘Help’ for assistance. Click ‘Search’ after input the HKIC No. and date of birth as shown on the HKIC of the HKIC holder. The System will check the HKIC holder’s residential status in Hong Kong automatically.
Claim – Search Account For a HKIC holder eligible to use vouchers/ vaccination subsidy but no existing eH(S)A is found, you can proceed to create temporary eH(S)A and make claim (if applicable) for the HKIC holder concerned following the existing procedures.
Claim – Create Account You may press ‘Help’ for assistance. Enter the patient information.
Claim – Create Account You must click the checkbox to acknowledge declaration.
Claim – Complete Account Creation You can create another account by pressing “Next Creation”. Or you may now continue to claim for the patient by pressing “Proceed to Claim”.
Claim – Enter Claim Details for VSS Vaccination records are shown. You may press the icon to show the available document type and vaccination type for different information providers.
Claim – Enter Claim Details (VSS) You can backdate up to 7 days (including today) for the service date. You may press the calendar icon to show the calendar.
Claim – Enter Claim Details (VSS) Select the appropriate category Select the appropriate type of venue (applicable to outreaching vaccination at non-clinic setting)
Claim – Enter Claim Details (VSS) Select the subsidy/dose and press “Claim” button.
Claim – Confirm and Print Consent Form (VSS) You may print the Consent Form.

Claim – Complete Claim for VSS Write down the transaction no. on the Consent Form.
Using Smart ID Card to search account and create temporary eHealth account
Using Smart ID Card Choose the HKIC symbol. The HKIC symbol can be A, C, R, U or Others and you must choose the correct alphabet according to the symbol on the HKIC of the HKIC holder concerned. When the first alphabet below the date of birth on the front face of the elder’s HKIC is not A, C, R or U, you can then choose “Others”. Request the elder to insert his/her HKIC into smart ID card reader with chip facing up. Please note that the chip of the new form of smart HKIC is embedded at the back of the HKIC. Click ‘Read Card and Search’ after the HKIC holder has inserted the HKIC into the Smart Identity Card Reader. The System will check the HKIC holder’s residential status in Hong Kong automatically.

Using Smart ID Card Click “Create Account”.
Using Smart ID Card The system will display the specified personal data stored in the Smart ID Card. Select ‘Gender’. Tick the “Declaration” Box. Click ‘Confirm’.
RVP – Enter Claim Details You should select the category. Select the vaccine and press “Claim” button. You may enter the RCH Code or press the icon to search the RCH Code by Name.
HCVS – Enter Claim Details For an elder eligible to use vouchers and an existing eH(S)A is found, you can proceed to enter claim details for the elder concerned following the existing procedures. Note For an elder holding HKIC with the first alphabet of its symbol as C or U, you should make the claim for use of vouchers on the same date as the date of provision of the related healthcare services to the elder concerned. You should enter the exact voucher amount claimed ($), to the nearest dollar.
HCVS – Enter Claim Details You may input the “Net Service Fee Charged” or use the “Net Service Fee” calculator.
HCVS – Enter Claim Details You may select the principal reason for visit and at most three secondary reason for visit. Press to add and to remove one.
HCVS- Elder NOT eligible to use vouchers For an elder NOT eligible to use vouchers, you cannot create eH(S)A or makevoucher claim for the elder concerned. In such case, the following message will be shown in the System. Note You should first check if the inputted personal particulars of the elder (including the HKIC symbol) are correct. If affirmative, please explain to the elder concerned that he/she is not eligible to use vouchers due to his/her current residential status and the elder can settle the fees of healthcare services (if applicable) by other payment method (e.g. cash). If it is found that any information inputted is incorrect, you should correct the relevant information and repeat the relevant checking procedures.
