  4. Q1. How did you hear about us? • It is thanks to your recommendation that our membership is growing. • ‘Other’ included folks who have come to us via Boroughmuir Rugby Club (BRFC). • We are also pleased that you have found us via our website and Facebook. • 3

  5. Q2. Membership Types • We are glad to offer you flexible payment options with many of you choosing the monthly membership. • We are proud to be the only gym to offer this range and we don’t charge a fee for joining. • 4

How you scored us on key features • From these results it looks like the majority of you are scoring us 8, 9 or 10 out of 10 for all of our ‘features’. • 69% of you gave us 10 out of 10 for ‘friendliness of staff’. • Your scores tell us we could do more on cleanliness, classes, opening hours & choice of equipment. • 5

What do you think of our communications? • It looks like you find our communications useful. • You love our extra spin text alerts. • You said we are ‘getting better’. • Developments in plan: • website enhancement • more Grab & Go • more events Facebook - one respondent noted that they would prefer if we ‘stick to the topic’ ie. health and fitness only and not post info about films, books or news articles. We do tend to stick to H&F but we try to post a mixture of ‘lifestyle’ articles and news we enjoy. What we would encourage all members to do is post their own news, views, recommendations and photos as Facebook is designed for us all to share what we love. • 9

What activities do you do and how often? • You use the gym most, on average 2-3 times a week – for some up to 5 times each week. • Spinning is the most regularly attended class after gym sessions. • Core Conditioning, Circuits & Bootcamp are also popular. • N.B.this is only a snapshot of those who responded. • 10

What do you think of our classes? • You love our classes rating most as either fantastic or very good: • - Spinning is great-but it starts too early, hard to rush back from work for 6 o'clock start! • - Classes for me are the best way to stay motivated so see them as a requirement • - Grab & go is a great idea - love it • - Getting desired results from all classes above. • 11
