To publish a project website, your project must have been created, written, reviewed, and ready to publish. A project website is for environmental assessments (EAs), environmental impact statements (EISs), or other documents witha public comment period. A project summarywebsite is for documents withouta comment period. Creating a project summary website is the subject of another module.
