  2. Ciele práce • porovnať výrazovú silu BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation), Petriho sietí a Activity diagramov v UML • vybrať vhodný jazyk a spracovať procesný model clearingu kreditných kariet • navrhnúť implementáciu procesného modelu

Plán práce • porovnať výrazovú silu modelovacích jazykov • oboznámiť sa s procesmi v SAP Travel managemente • vybrať vhodný jazyk a spracovať procesný model clearingu kreditných kariet v súčasnosti a procesný model pre navrhovaný spôsob clearingu • pomocou Balanced scorecard porovnať spracované modely • navrhnúť implementáciu procesného modelu • implementovať v jazyku ABAP
