2014 Tidy Towns Competition. KIDS. The NCL is calling on all kids up to 16 years old to submit entries for the 2014 Tidy Towns project . You can choose one of two themes: Don’t be mean – keep it clean or Erase the waste. For each category: 1 st prize - $200 2 nd prize - $100.
