LEVELS OF CARE PER GPPC CRITERIA Level 0.5 Early Intervention Interim Services, Outreach, Psychoeducational Groups, and Prevention Services for those at risk for problem or pathological gambling Level 1 Outpatient Services I.1 I A minimum of 1 individual hour per week I.1 G A minimum of 1 group hour each week and 1 individual hour per month I.3 A minimum of 1 to 2 group hours each week and 1 individual hour at least bimonthly I.5 One individual hour per week and 3 to 4 group hours per week I.7 One individual hour per week and 5 to 6 group hours per week I.9 One individual hour per week and 7 to 8 group hours per week Level 2 Intensive Outpatient Services II.1 A minimum of 1 individual hour per week and 9 to 19 group hours per week II.5 A minimum of 1 individual hour each week and 20 or more group hours per week Level 3 Residential Services / Inpatient III.1 One individual hour per week and 5 group hours per week III.5 A minimum of 1 to 2 individual hours per week (more if needed) and an average of 20 groups hours per week III.7 Medically monitored, high intensity inpatient treatment Detoxification Services III.2 D Clinically managed services designed to safely detoxify clients without the need for ready, on-site medical and nursing personnel
