INTRODUCTION: -At The Beginning of The Global Era & Its Economic & Social Implications, We observe rising of hatred accompanied by the rapid spread of violence and terrorism that has become a global phenomenon. -The World Stands In a State Of Confusion, Facing This Global Phenomena by using weapon that is a minor confrontation that has not solved the problem but turned it into a global crisis that has become a disaster in some parts of the world.rld.

  3. -This Catastrophic Situation Threatens • The Rapid Spread of Terror In The Rest Of The Globe, • If the world does not unite for radical solution • of this phenomena from all aspects. • -Here are The Systemic Solutions • That begin to analyze this situation to find out • the underlying causes, and they usually affect each other. • -So these relationships must be broken down • between the reasons before building solutions • That must be systemic as well...

The Underlying Reasons For The Spread of Violence & Terrorism Around The World First: The Lag of The Education Systems:-The lag of educational system is the main reason for the spread of the phenomena of violence and terrorism As a result of the absence of the role of the schools, which instill loyalty to the family and home values. -When pupils left schools, depending on indoctrination in private lessons, they do not educated for entire generations. What makes them fertile ground for cultivating hate In their minds, accompanied by the atonement of their Society, and then Shifting into extremist groups. -Thus, reducing the manifestations of violence and terrorism Begins with the immediate reform of the educational systems In most countries of the world, including Arab countries.

Second: The Decline In The Culture Level • -It is known that the decline of the culture and intellectuals • in any society occurs as a result of the • backwardness of the education system. • This situation leads to leaving the wide arena • For the perverse behavioral and intellectual deviation. Third: The Prevalence of Falling Arts • --Often highlighting on the abnormal models in the society, • And the negative aspects of society away from the positives. • This generates a general sense of despair and frustration • Among the society, especially young age people

Fourth: Religious hard discourse • - It Should Be Modernized and Dedicated • To the Islamic religion and its suitability for all ages • in terms of organization of human relations regardless • of their beliefs, races or affiliation • , which urges the acceptance of the other. • - It is known that the absence of the educational role of the school, Which related to the decline of both the culture and the arts • And consequently Led to the formation of a fertile land • To receive and accept any thoughts, • even if it is a radical or extremist.

Fifth: Absence of The Family Role As a Principal Educational Venue For Its Children • This resist the role of the school , religious and cultural institutions in shaping the minds of future generations • which do not find the right educational, religious and cultural care within their families. • This Absence Occurred • As a result of parents' preoccupation • with managing the harsh life requirements of their children's.

Sixth: The Poor Level of The Provided Services • Such as Health Care , Education, etc., • which limits the ability of the people to receive treatment, • beside the drop out of education and the spread of illiteracy. • This in turn paves the way for the spread of cultural illiteracy, declining art and religious extremism, • and they are one of the most important factors • in the spread of violence and terrorism in societies.

Seventh: Absence of Social Justice Together With Class Inequality • The absence of social justice is due to the large class disparities Generated by globalization and market economies, • which has Undermined The Social Peace, • which is one of the main reasons for generating phenomena of hatred, violence and terrorism, especially in the absence of • social responsibility among a large group of affordable classes. • -This dangerous situation supported by media devices • which offers of drama serials and advertisements illustrated • in the palaces, luxury resorts and luxury cars. • This Creates The Curse • of many groups of society in many countries, • especially young generations.

Eighth: Globalization and The Accompanying Double Global Standards • The So-Called Terrorism, The World has Changed Its Name. • Sometimes it is called self-defense • and sometimes terrorism • according to the religion and nationality of the perpetrators. • Accordingly many people feel injustice and frustration • for this discrimination attitudes From The Global community.

Ninth: Consequences of The Global Economic Crisis • The Impact of The Global Economic Crisis is Reflected in The; • Decline of grants and Assistances Provided • by Rich countries and International Organizations • used in the Development and Promotion of Services • Such as Health and Education in Poor Countries. • Thus Helping to Increase the Suffering • of The peoples of Those States • and turning them into States of terrorism

Tenth: Spread of Media Across Borders and Continents -Media are the most influential means of mind and viewer. -We have Followed Many Television Drama Serials and Talk Shows. -We found that most of them dedicate material values at the expense of spiritual values and instill the spirit of hatred instead of tolerance and the establishment of dialogue as a language of communication and Not Accepting The Other. -This Undermines The Educational, Spiritual and Societal Values and Weakens the Role of The National Educational, Religious, Cultural, Artistic and Media Institutionsof The State In the face of a global media that works in the flames of hatred and hatred against Islam (Islamophobia) and the creation of an atmosphere of hostility, And races and peoples dedication towards the double global standards around the world

Eleventh: Spread of Social Media Across the Continents -Social communication means are one of the greatest achievements of the global age , passing through the barrier of time and place and making the world as small village whose people, communicate at any time, regardless of their race, religion, beliefs cannot continue to live without guardianship or censorship. -It was therefore hoped that this nominal goal would be used to facilitate people's dealings and bring together religions, races and peoples. -But the hand of Terrorists Quickly Act to Use Them as a Means of Organizing Their Crimes Around The world. -Terrorism Became Organized Through the Use of This Easy and Quick Means Away from Censorship. -It has also become a means of disseminating lies, inciting corruption and destroying countries. -Therefore, the world is finally taking some precautionary measures to guarantee the proper use of the means of social communication for which it was established.

Twelve: Great Powers' Struggle Over Their Areas of Influence Around The World • This has Ignited Ethnic, Sectarian and Religious Conflicts out of control of the national state and in the protection of the major Powers and in favor of their hidden and undeclared objectives. • They are often not in the interest of the peoples of the small countries that are under their control. • This conflict is supported by Local and intercontinental social media in order to takeover the wealth sources and strategic areas • That Serve the Interests of The Major Powers. • - This is not Evidenced by the Armed Conflict Between • The Major powers on the Territories of states such • As Syria, Yemen, Iraq and Libya • At the Expense of The Displacement of Their Peoples.

Thirteenth: Illegal Cross-border & Continents Trade of Arms & Financial Support Of Terrorism • It is a Popular Global Trade Financed by Unknown Sources, • For the Sake of Creation • Of Ethnic and Religious • Conflicts Focuses Around he World • & Well Organized by Specific Countries. • -Through The Financing of Terrorist Hotspots • In Some Countries of The World, • Which Helped to Increase The Suffering of Their Peoples • and Turn Them Into Failed Countries Sponsoring Terrorism.

Fourteenth: The Challenges of The Labor Market • -Labor Market Was Build On Globalized Multinational Companies With Global High Quality Requirements • That are Difficult To Achieve • In Many of the Outputs of The Existing • Education and Training Systems in Many Countries. • -This has Led to The Spread of Unemployment • Among Young People Due To The High Jobs Requirements. • -This, in Turn, Leads To The Spread of Despair and Frustration • Among Many Young People • and Makes Them a Tip for The Terrorists • Who are Deployed Around The World. • -To Recruit These Young People in The Terrorist Acts Seen • In many countries Around The World.

  20. -Therefore, We Present This Intractable Global Crisis Threatening All Humanity, -Calling for The Inter-State Solidarity To Put Systemic Creative Solutions. -That Begin To Dismantle The Systemic Relations Between The Reasons. - So They Can be Dealt With by Finding Systemic Solutions That at Least Limit The Spread Of this Threat To The World Peace and Security.

  21. -How We Are Able To Find Systemic Creative Solutions? [Systemic Decision Makers] Systemic Decision Makers Should be Systemic Thinkers. They Are Able To Find Systemic Creative Solutions for the Global problems or crisis like Terrorism. They have the following Criteria; 1-SeeingAnyIssuesFrom The Multiple Points of View 2-Seeingthe Whole Rather Than Parts, and Pattern Rather Than Snapshots.

  22. . 3-Seeing interrelationships between things rather than things . 4-Correlate between the aspects of any issue. 5-Analyze any problem or Crisis into its components Systemically & then Synthesize a creative systemic solution(s) For the Local and/or Global problems. 6-Having the skills to analyze & manage the systemic risks systemically.
