  4. The Hedgehog Principle • The parable of the Hedgehog and the Fox (Collins, 2001) • Figure out where you have the greatest potential to develop (i.e. your strengths) • Some recent research findings suggest a 10,000 hour demarcation point

  5. A Recipe for Strength Talent (a NATURAL way of thinking, feeling, or behaving) X Investment (time spent practicing, developing your skills, and building your knowledge base) __________________________________ = Strength (the ability to consistently provide near-perfect performance)
