  4. Vendor payments also come from other sheet Previous balance plus inflows minus outflows yield total cash at the end of the week! (available for next week) The second portion shows all expected outflows These come from another sheet This type of inflows are entered in this sheet First part includes all cash inflows The AR information comes from another sheet This is the Main Screen of the program.   7. In this sheet you enter every monthly fixed expense. First you write the amount of the expense The system then allocates the expense to the corresponding week. and the day it is usually paid Features Click here to advance

In this sheet you enter all vendor payments (usually merchandise or raw materials vendors) You can either program weekly amounts based on your AP aging and the days you usually take to pay.   11. These are your only entries or you can enter each customer invoice individually (as it appears in your AR aging). In this sheet is where you program your cash inflows, here too, you have two methods available.
