  12. Dairy includes: • You should have 2-3 servings of dairy a day. • Servings means you should eat at least one of the types of food for however many portions.

  13. Protein foods are: • You should have 2-3 servings of protein foods per day.

  14. Vegetables are: • Dark green vegetables • Broccoli, spinach, romaine lettuce • Orange vegetables • Sweet potatoes, carrots, pumpkin • Starchy vegetables • Corn, green peas, lima beans • Others • Celery, onions, cabbage, okra, tomatoes • You should have 3-5 servings of vegetables every day.
