  2. Overview • We offer the following marketing and promotional benefits, in addition to our traditional benefits, at a tax-deductible cost of $145.00 for 12 months. There is a one time $25.00 Administrative Fee. Total cost is $140.00. • The value listed below is what the services would cost if you were not a member.

  3. BUSINESS SHOWCASE You will be given a booth at no cost in our Business Showcase. Businesses and our local public will be invited to attend. ($350 Value)

  4. You will receive a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony (if you have not received one from our organization) in which up to 25 business leaders who are members of our Ambassador Team, along with our staff will be invited to welcome you to our organization. The Ribbon Cutting pictures will be placed in the local newspaper. You will be encouraged to invite any number of guests you wish. We will give you an opportunity to discuss your concepts. Our Ambassadors represent realtors, insurance agencies, banks, retail managers, etc. and will be encouraged to promote your business. ($306 value)

  5. Business Directory You will be listed in our Business Directory (10,000 distribution) which has an alphabetical and categorical listing of preferred businesses. You will also receive directories containing community information to distribute to your customers. Local Event Promotion You will receive a Calendar of Events highlighting local events that draw many visitors to the community. Newsletter You may place an article about your service philosophy in our newsletter that is sent to more 11,000 homes and business as a result of being inserted into the local newspaper. We will also list you as a suggested business in the local paper. Quarterly Luncheon You will receive an invitation to attend our next quarterly luncheon at no cost. You and your business will be introduced to approximately 150 business leaders. ($145 value).

  6. Website www.hillsborochamber.org You will be listed alphabetically and by category on our website which averages 3,200 hits per month. ($145 value)

  7. NEW TEACHERS We will distribute your information to about 50 new teachers/staff each year. ($75.00 value) Bulk Mail You will be allowed to utilize our Bulk Mail Permit number that will allow you to always save 12 cents per letter. ($120 value for every 1,000 pieces of mail.) NEWCOMER PACKETSYou will be included in newcomer packets sent out each month. You will also be eligible to insert your own materials.($240 value)

  8. Labels/ Marketing Benefits • Labels: You will receive a set of labels of all our members’ businesses. ($150.00 value) • Marketing: You will receive many marketing benefits to help market your business. (Immeasurable)

  9. Endorsement Letters/Referrals You may receive letters endorsing your business and you will be referred by our organization. ($145 value) Benefits We are one of the leading chambers in the United States and offer benefits including, but not limited to, the following: Business Consulting Services Web Page Discounts Plus many other perks. Member Discounts Use of Facilities and Equipment Bulk Mail Business After Hours (Several thousand dollars in value)

  10. Benefits To Suit Membership We will be open to tailoring more benefits to your specific needs such as allowing you to speak at seminars. ($145 value ) You will be a member of our organization with no requirement to attend any event.

  11. We will place your material in our Visitor Center Map Listing • You will have an opportunity to be included in our official map. (10,000 distribution ).
