  2. Safety Guidelines • Always stay in your seat unless the teacher tells you to. • If something breaks or spills tell the teacher imminently. • Always wear your safety equipment. • Wear closed toed shoes and lab coat. • Where safety goggles at all times.

  3. Equipment • Eyewash station- Used for, if chemicals get in your eyes. • Fire Extinguisher- For something that’s on fire. • Chemical Shower- For someone who has chemicals all over them. • Safety Goggles- Used for any experiment that’s has chemicals or any liquid involved. • Fire Blanket- Used to put a fire out.

  4. Fire Rules • If there’s a fire use the fire blanket and fire extinguisher. • Quickly evacuate the room as soon as possible.

  5. Chemical Rules • If there is a chemical in the room evacuate. • If the chemical is in your eyes go to the eyewash station located in the science hall. • Also if something explodes and it gets on you tell the teacher then go to the chemical shower also located in the science hall.

  6. Procedures • When there is a fire drill always stay calm and follow the teachers directions. • When there is a chemical spill exit the class room immediately. • Follow the teacher when you exit the building.
