Weather and Human Influence • Weather seasons: winter has cold freezing temp and arctic winds this last 6-7 months • Summertime is rainy, hot, and short season for the taiga • Fall and spring are both the taigas shortest seasons ponds melt the ice off and many animals come out of hibernation • Human influences: due to humans in taiga the impact has been very extensive acids rains, deforestations
