Effects of Various Concentrations on Apoptosis Pathway Proteins in IMR32 Cells

This study investigates the impact of different treatments on apoptosis in IMR32 neuroblastoma cells, focusing on the expression levels of pro-apoptotic and anti-apoptotic proteins, including NOXA, p53, Puma, BAD, BAK, and BAX, under 10 nM concentrations. The expression levels of β-actin as an internal control were also measured. Understanding these interactions is crucial to elucidating the mechanisms of apoptosis and could lead to improved therapeutic strategies for cancer treatment.
