  1. 2 inch PVC pipe divided in four equal parts

  2. Pipe is made pliable by heating

  3. Flaps are opened to receive shuttle lock.

  4. Shuttle lock installed.

  5. Shuttle lock installed with screws. Flaps are then molded around a cylinder the size of the residual limb.

  6. Forearm section is 1 1/2 inch PVC. Hand (Ellen Meadows Hand Project) is attached on end of the tubing.

  7. Liner with locking pin is installed.

  8. Short residual limb

  9. Another short residual limb.

  10. Finished arm

  11. Relaxed arm

  12. Another new arm.

  13. Completed arm
