  2. Review of 2018 Survey Monkey questionnaire sent to all ST4-8 paediatric trainees in Y&H: Mixed clinical and non clinical days preferred (80.8% responders) 34.6% reported no difficulty in attending SPRAT

  3. 2018 Programme and attendance Combined feedback to date (incnov 2017) for all SPRAT days: Excellent: 56.8% Good: 40.1% Could be better: 2.8%

Aligning with RCPCH Progress • Objectives document - Domains and Learning Outcomes matched to topics • Progress update and Q&A sessions • Non clinical days mapped to Progress Generic Curriculum Days: • Motivational interviewing Domain 2 • Clinical supervision Domain 1, Domain 2, Domain 10 • Consultant readiness Domain 1, Domain 2 • ‘I wish I’d known’ Domain 1 • RCPCH question setting Domain 10 • Medico-legal day Domain 1
