資料庫（MIB）的取得 • 原始的MIB檔可藉由NTCIP官方網站（www.ntcip.org）下載 • 或是自行以ASN.1語法建置
資料庫（MIB）的處理 • 由於原始MIB資料庫贅字甚多，多為附註解釋的文字，將之簡化後會較容易處理 • 大多使用自行開發的編譯轉換程式 • 本研究自行開發編譯程式將原始MIB檔轉中的重要資訊擷取出並另存成一個文字檔 • 包括物件名稱、物件類型、存取權限、OID資訊
