TRX Single Leg Squat Personal Trainer Chino Step by Step Guide to Performing the TRX Single-Leg Squat - Uzima Fitness Personal Trainer Chino Step 1: Adjust the TRX straps to mid length. Stand upright and keep your chest up. Step 2: Hold the handles with both hands and your elbows slightly bent. Step 3: Stand with one leg on the ground, with the other leg raised off the ground and straight out in front of you. Step 4: Begin lowering by pushing your hips back and descend into a squat. Maintain good posture by keeping your back straight, and avoid rounding. Step 5: At the concentric movement, push your heels through the ground and return back to the starting position.
