  2. GTA Qualifies GAIT 2010 Bidders • Infrastructure Services – data centers, mainframes, servers, PCs, laptops • EDS • IBM • Northrop Grumman • Managed Network Services – state’s wide area network • AT&T • EDS • Northrop Grumman • Only qualifying vendors can respond to upcoming RFPs

Vendor Response to RFQC • 31 vendor responses received in response to Request for Qualified Contractors (RFQC) • Vendors invited to respond to one or both service areas • Vendor response exceeded expectations • RFQC ensures manageable bidding process by pre-qualifying potential bidders • No protests

  4. Looking Ahead • Release RFPs: April 2008 • Sign contracts with External Service Providers: October 2008 • Transition services: November 2008 – March 2009 • TRANSFORMATION: November 2008 onward This is transformational change
