Agenda – Prework Pre-planning/Preparing for An Inservice This training account is for INTERNAL EMPLOYEES ONLY! • Understand Mathdashboard.com (teacher site) vs. MyMathUniverse.com (student site) -- * have teachers bookmark them • Create your internal training account • Use the internal code: (70-16-61) and organization: Pearson K12 Mathematics School • Add courses (click the + sign)

  12. Tech Training – School Code Lookup • CS and PTCS School Code Look Up Process 1. Go to www.Portal.PearsonSchool.com 2. Log in with a Lookup Tool account. Do not use a personal CG Sales School account. Use any one of these four usernames: • NE-MW-Rep • SE-Rep • SW-Rep • W-Rep 3. Enter the password: Pearson1

  13. Technology Training – Dash 4. Click the Admin tab – this tab has 3 sections: • License Reporting • School Codes • Self-Registration Queue 5. In the School Codes section, click on the Organization field and begin typing the school name OR use Advanced Search and enter the school’s zip code. 6. Select the correct school in the drop-down list. Use the address field to determine that the correct school is selected. 7. Click View School Codes.
