  1. How to find an appropriate Bullying motivational person for your school I know that you have checked all the websites pertaining to offer motivational or cyber bullying talks, Moreover, you have contacted all the speakers who were in your neighborhood and provided a similar inspiring talks but still felt unsatisfied with their contents. Furthermore you can still call other previous motivational speakers who have addressed your school. You have so many options to make however; this leaves you confused and unable to solve this mystery. In addition you want to invite someone who has experience to educate your school community by illustrating with real- life examples which they can comprehend at their age. Moreover, you need to select one who can provide helpful materials that students will read after leaving the workshop. So, below are some guidelines that will help you in your search for a bullying speaker. You need to request for his vitae, to see how experienced he has been. Moreover, you need to check how many years he has been a speaker. In addition, check if the number and level of the schools he has been invited matches with your school. This information will help you identify if he has the appropriate content for your school. You need to read some of the reviews posted online by his invitees, are they positive or negative will be the questions that will help you judge your decision. Moreover, if they are involved in writing books or articles have a look at their information, is it relating to what you are looking for from a speaker? Probably you might understand how much he is interested in doing research which will be ideal for your students. Moreover, reading his books or articles will help you figure out if he has humor or will only bore your students. Remember you are looking for bullying expert who needs to be engaging your students in his talks. Additionally you need to found out in his previous workshops or assemblies how many students did he enlighten. Definitely you do not want to invite someone who only speaks to 50 students or one class whereas you want him to talk to your whole school. There is a thin difference in this and you definitely do not want to miss it. Finally, you should invite a speaker who has never experienced bullying but he does understand it. This is because when you invite a speaker who has experienced it he will not have a balanced content; mostly he will concentrate on the victims. These will leave your students wondering if they are victims themselves.
