Children remain physically active through organized sports, routine tasks or any kind of game that necessitates physical movement and exercise. In preschool, children are encouraged to stay physically active and learn through playing since it has numerous health benefits. Physical activities can be divided into three categories, such as ●Light physical activity: Activity causes no huffing or puffing. ●Moderate physical activity: Children gently inhale and exhale while doing such activities. ●Vigorous physical activity: Children breathe in and out rapidly and sweat profusely. Importance of Physical Activities for Little Children 1.Emotionally Stability & Social Skills Children, who participate in physical activities for enjoyment or learning, become more emotionally stable. They feel confident after achieving something that improves their self-esteem and relaxes them.
