  1. Best Way to Seal Tile Grout? 1.Caponi is an epoxy grout sealer built on a rock-solid 2-part solvent titanium resin/epoxy foundation. It is available in 40 different colors, which are mostly in earthy and neutral tones. 2.It is a pigmented grout sealing system with a durable titanium base that does its work in just one coat. It is suitable for sealing both sanded and unsanded grout. 3.The best way to seal grout is to first clean it thoroughly with a deep soaking cleaner such as Imperia Deep Clean. When you use a deep-soaking cleaner, you rip away the deep-rooted stains and mold inside and thoroughly sanitize the grout and tile. You cannot add a new layer of grout paint on dirty grout as the mold breeding inside will spread on the new layer too, making your job very temporary. Once the grout is sprayed with a penetrating cleaner, the pores open up and get rid of all their germs and stains. 4.After cleaning, you need to first check for possible repairs. Cracked and missing grout is first repaired using epoxy resin adhesives and then grout is sealed to give you a permanent fix for grout issues. Sentura is an excellent adhesive for grout repair. Sentura - a two part pigmented flexible solvent based epoxy/resin, formulated with a 1200psi adhesion, ensures that it never pops out from the surface. It protects the grout from further damage and also delivers a seamless repair job. 5.After the grout has dried properly after cleaning, you can apply the epoxy grout sealer such as Caponi. Experts use an Italian made grout paint brush to apply the grout sealer.

  2. 6.If you want to shade Sentura with a particular shade matching to your tile color, you can pigment it with Caponi and use directly for repairing and sealing your grout. 7.You can also tape tile, if you do not want to make your tile dirty with Caponi or Sentura. You can remove the tape once you have finished applying Sentura and Caponi. 8.Apply the sealant in a smooth and even coat over the grout lines. You need to take care that you do not miss out any part of the grout. 9.After applying Caponi on the grout lines, you can wipe off the excess build-up using Alco - a paint thinner. 10.Caponi generally dries within 2 to 4 hours, and then you can further seal your tile too.
