  1. Matt Vossler Partner The hallmark of Matt Vossler’s retained search experience is his ability to build and sustain strong relationships. He knows his clients well, primarily because he has built their teams and has remained a strategic partner to them, continuing to understand their needs as their vision evolves. His dedication and commitment are indefatigable, whether to a corporate client or to the cancer research and fundraising organizations he works with. Matt’s retained search work focuses on pharma and biotech companies. He has recently completed executive level searches and built high performing teams in a range of therapeutic areas within general management, research and development, commercial operations, regulatory affairs and technical operations. Prior to joining Heritage Partners, Matt was associated with two other retained search firms, including Heidrick & Struggles, Inc. where he was a Principal in the Global Life Sciences Practice. Earlier, he was President of Home Buyers Assistance Corporation (HBAC), a relocation management company servicing Fortune 500 companies. In 1992, Matt co-founded ‘Swim Across America’, a non-profit organization that raises funds and awareness for cancer research and treatment programs through a series of swimming events. He serves as the organization’s Chairman of the Board. Swim Across America has raised over $45 million, primarily benefiting Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, The Babies and Children’s Hospital of Columbia Presbyterian and the David Perini Clinic at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and The Alliance for Cancer Gene Therapy. Matt, a graduate of Boston College, resides in Darien, CT with his wife Pamela and their two children. mvossler@heritageleaders.com Telephone: +1 203 789 0000 www.heritageleaders.com
