  1. Philip Treuil Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Philip Treuil is a veterinarian who currently practices in Charlotte, North Carolina. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma, he attended Louisiana State University and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. He did his residency in radiation oncology at Colorado State University, and became a diplomat in the American College of Veterinary Radiology in 2005.
