  4. Our Existing buildings • Peace Lutheran Apartments 1 & 2 • Each have 50 apartments • Studio and one bedroom suites • Elks Sunset Home • Located on the site of proposed future development project

  5. Amenities in our buildings • 24 hour security • Common outdoor balconies • Solarium • Drop in Centre with regularly scheduled daily activities • Fireside Lounges

  6. Games room • Library, TV and computer lounge • Hair and pedicure salon • Exercise lounge • Craft and hobby room • Woodworking shop • Scooter parking with charging station

  12. New Development Project • The NPSHS is currently working on a New Development Project which will replace the existing Elks Sunset Home • We are again undertaking a needs and demands survey and updating our business plan
