  3. GALA – Programming includes: WinShape Retreat activity in December Individual values inventory and one-on-one coaching in January Additional guest speaker/experiential leadership sessions in spring Intensive multi-day capstone experience during mid-semester break

  4. GALA – Cost considerations Each student will be asked to contribute upwards of $2,000 towards capstone cost Each student also pays for travel to and from the BVI – approximately $1,000 to $1,500 GALA is a one (1) credit course; hence it is possible to borrow funds to cover the cost GALA students must still take an Atlanta based mid-semester module • 1.   5. GALA – Application process You need to submit a Statement of Intent of no more than 2 double-spaced pages by noon this coming Monday – September 26th. You will be notified regarding your acceptance as a GALA Fellow by noon on Friday – September 30th. The details about the application process will be posted on MBA12 this evening.

  6. GALA – Statement of Intent Your Statement of Intent should . . . put forth your leadership principles and values as well as your targeted areas for development; and, reflect on these issues above while clearly illustrating your commitment to “working on yourself” as a GALA Fellow.
