  2. Phil Monkress is a distinguished professional having great knowledge of startup planning, turnaround strategic development and mergers, and acquisition. He improves and develops policies and measures of the organization by the way of structures that will improve the entire operation and efficiency of the corporation.

  3. Phil Monkress is famous for developing a Quality Management System based upon Boeing Quality Procedures and Actions and has also worked as Quality Manager for All Points Logistics.

  4. Phil Monkress has an executive set of skills and he is a specialist in terms of new business development, expert planning, and organizational development. He also understands how to handle profit and loss management.

  5. Phil Monkress assesses and recommends the effect of long- range planning, the introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action. In 1999, he joined All Points Logistics (APL) as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
