  9. 解説 • HUSとTTPは腎生検像はTMA（Thrombotic microangiopathy）　 の像を示し、その区別は困難であるが後者では腎病変は比較的 　　　軽度である。 2.　糸球体の病変は症例ごとまた糸球体ごとに異なっており、様々な病変を認める。急性期であれば血栓性病変や、糸球体内皮下領域の拡大（浮腫と血液成分のしみこみによる）を認める。時に半月体形成やmesangiolysisも認めることもある。 3.　この様な糸球体障害に対するremodelingの結果として係蹄壁の二重化などの所見も認められる。
