As West Coast Director of TWLOHA (an international non-profit working to end teen depression, self-harm and suicide) I worked to develop: • National street team of volunteers, supporters and funders. • National tours with bands like Anberlin, Jonezetta, Panic at the Disco and events presences at Van’s Warped Tour. • Promotion and presence during Bayside’s performance on Late Night with Conan O’Brien. • Planned and executed promo and fund raising events. Speaking and connecting with sponsors and youth. • Securing retail partners for line of merchandise. Our staff, with my efforts, secured the goal of TWLOHA to raise $100,000 and develop itself into its form today, helping thousands of youth and being featured on on MTV, and national news.

  4. Managing a mobile marketing tour for punk/emo/hardcore/indie rock label Tooth and Nail, I secured label connection with thousands of fans nationwide. •Connecting with fans and customers on site. • Developing the brand for fan interaction. • Handling merchandise and tour logistics.

  5. These numbers works to provide college educations to needy youth in South African townships. I developed a promotions campaign partners with Sherwood, a national touring band signed to MYSPACE Records. Sherwood promoted TNHF on their tour, hitting major cities and raising funds through custom poster sales.

  6. Through PR efforts, TNHF was featured in RELEVANT MAGAZINE (225,000 Impressions ) and REJECT/APATHY.

As Account Executive of Creative Partnerships I developed Illuminated World Media’s North American PR and Marketing strategies, resulting in increased sales and exposure. -27% increase in one month due to advertising and outreach. -Developed Facebook presence, Blog, and relationships with key authors, celebrities and partners.

  8. I also handled product and creative development for IWM products. • Met and Negotiated with publishers and partners. Such as Zondervan and Norstedts(Publisher of Stieg Larsson’s The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo). • Managed digital and viral marketing strategies.

  9. As a partner with Revolt Marketing, we secured sponsorship of major national arena tours and club events to promote clients such as Helio and Toyota Scion. Providing street team and direct to fan interaction for brands. Connecting with key demographics of youth, urban hipsters and indie kids.

  10. CONSULTING: Developing social networking and youth marketing outreach strategies. Creating fund raising opportunities, marketing campaigns and consulting strategies. Consulted for blog development and youth/social media development.
