  3. What Was Difficult? • Getting buy-in Meeting deadlines • Collecting and entering lots of data • Qualitative review • Difficult to do during the summer • Difficult to do during the academic year

  4. Positive Aspects • Fostered teamwork • Encouraged reflection • Fostered the development of a vision • Fostered the development of a mission statement

  5. Negative Aspects • So many good ideas • Staying focused • Sticking to deadlines
