Business Operations Meeting Structure (Quick Reference Guide)The purpose of the Business Operations meeting structure is to establish an efficient and effective means for communicating with business managers, a key administrative leadership group on campus. This structure should support the mission of Yale by facilitating regular, predictable communication between business offices and central administrative groups and the sharing of best practices among business offices. Business Operations Meeting Structure (Purpose, Structure, Contacts)The purpose of the Business Operations meeting structure is to establish an efficient and effective means for communicating with business managers, a key administrative leadership group on campus. This structure should support the mission of Yale by facilitating regular, predictable communication between business offices and central administrative groups and the sharing of best practices among business offices. Business Operations Leadership Team (BOLT) weekly • Purpose: “In support of the research, teaching, and clinical missions at Yale, the (BOLT) is responsible for ensuring faculty, students, and staff receive high quality financial and administrative support.
