These six grids include one for each six weeks (you can choose to do only one now, but leave room for the other 5). This is your “Daily Grade Record Sheet” (kept in comp. book this year, instead of sheets turned in to me). I suggest you go at least ten pages in to your book (you may place this further in if you prefer), and mark it with a post-it note or paper clip.
