    2. Pre-AP suggestions: Schools must offer multiple levels of Algebra II Students need a course beyond Algebra II to complete high school mathematics. Several options need to be offered for students who are completing Algebra II. Training of pre-AP math teachers is very important for our program.

    3. AP Suggestions: Class time is precious! Preparing to teach AP Calculus or AP Statistics for the first time is very time consuming. Please do not ask a math teacher to teach another new prep the same year they begin teaching AP. We ask that no teacher have more than one AP math prep different teachers for AP Stats and Calc. We ask that there be a limit of 3 sections of AP math for each teacher.

    4. Additional comments: AP MATH COURSES MUST BE TAUGHT IN A YEAR-LONG SCHEDULE!!! Summer Assignments Students must work outside of class to be successful in AP Stats and AP Calc one minute out of class for each minute in class is expected. Dual Enrollment

    5. Summer Training Dates: AP Statistics (for your teachers): July 11-15 AP Calculus: July 18-22 AP Computer Science: July 18-22 Pre-AP math (2 teachers): July 25-28
