Independent Living Support: We provide a range of services to ensure that disabled people who live, work or study in Kingston are able to lead independent lives. KCIL can provide small grants to disabled people who live in the Royal Borough of Kingston and are paid up members of our organisation.

About Us KCIL seeks to ensure that all Disabled People Of Kingston-Upon-Thames live as independently as they choose. • Independent Living Support: We provide a range of services to ensure that disabled people who live, work or study in Kingston are able to lead independent lives. • Grants: KCIL can provide small grants to disabled people who live in the Royal Borough of Kingston and are paid up members of our organisation. • What else we do: Our current projects include the Visual Impairment Parliament in conjunction with the Thomas Pocklington Trust and an Heritage Lottery funded oral history project, ‘Fighting for our Rights’.

  3. Who We Are KCIL’s mission is to provide information, advice and support to all disabled people living in the Royal Borough of Kingston and the surrounding areas and to empower them to have a voice, take control of their lives, and be treated equally.
