C-AD LOTO OPM • Re-write OPM 2.36 • New OPM 2.36.a – Standard LOTO plan/procedure • Annual LOTO EWP with OPM 2.36.a attached to come out at same time as annual RWPs • To be signed by all LOTO Authorized Employees • Will hold ~20 minute review in Snyder at 1130 in the near future (about 4-6 sessions) for initial sign-off
