Expert network (1) • DoW: • Objective: to initiate a network of agencies and organisations involved in innovation policies in agriculture regarding the issue of knowledge creation and to consolidate it f.e by website. • Final conference:Presentation and discussion of a concept for an “innovation systems and processes” expert / adviser network created by project partners and stakeholders and having the IIFG as a starting point. Relevant services through such a network such as organisation development, coaching, studies and expertises etc. will be identified.

Expert network (2) • Questions: • Who: policy makers (policy instruments), practitioners (delivery services, institutions) • What: thematic (direct marketing, environmental technologies,…), socio technical networks degree of structuration (novelty and niche)? • With whom: existing networks, other research projects? • How: final conference, publication, website, Wiki platform? Answers: Get info through national workshops, PM4 with IIFG, theme group meetings

  5. 2. Final conference (1) • PUBLIC: • Policy makers from the 7 countries • Practitioners (member of innovation agencies and advisory organisations active in rural areas) from the 7 countries • Researchers from the EU and Switzerland • Members of DG Agri and DG Research

Final conference (2) • Objectives • Present the state of the art review, results from the three in-depth reviews and follow-up options for future research. • Facilitate the appropriation of the results through networking activities • Presentation and discussion of a concept for an “innovation systems and processes” expert / adviser network.
