  1. Best Diving Spots In Cyprus Cyprus is a popular destination when it comes to scuba diving with clear blue waters, sandy beaches and warm waters. There is no shortage of excellent diving sites, offered by diving schools, providing you with world-class diving spots in Cyprus. One of the most enjoyed diving sites in Cyprus is the Zenobia shipwreck in Larnaca, a famous wreck from 1980. A Swedish ferry sank on her maiden voyage, only ten minutes from Larnaca harbour, lying on her port side on sand and rocks. The wreck has never been salvaged, with the ferry and her cargo intact, which includes more than one hundred lorries and their cargo. The Lady Thetis is another of the top dive sites in Cyprus. Not as popular as the Zenobia, this wreck was sunk to create an artificial reef. Lying eighteen metres, she sank in 2014 with easy swims for the more novice diver. The dive spot has become home for damselfish, groupers and breams. The Consdandis fishing boat in Limassol is also one of the top dive sites in Cyprus. The boat was purposely sanded to provide a recreational dive site. It was originally a bottom trawler, built-in 1989 and registered in Cyprus in 1997. It was sunk in 2014 with Lady Thetis, sitting approximately twenty-four metres below the surface and offering an abundance of marine life and a fun dive experience. In addition to the shipwrecks, which are the top three diving sites in Cyprus, three is Devil's Head in Akamas a green peninsula with blue waters. This popular dive spot incorporates caves and tunnels around eleven metres below the surface, where divers can see green and leatherback turtles and an abundance of marine fish with spectacular rock formations. In Protaras is Green Bay, one of the most popular diving spots in Cyprus. This dive spot is easy to get to and very easy to navigate, making it ideal for divers of all driving abilities, with many diving schools using the bay or training. Dropping to only ten metres the bay is overflowing with marine life, along with underwater columns and statues. Further, the Amphora Caves in Paphos is another diverse paradise and of archaeological importance with caves to explore. The dive drops to twelve metres with gullies and caves. The one cave has an amphora crusted roof, which is believed to be due to sea movements over the years. This is an exciting dive for novices and experienced divers visiting Cyprus. Also is Paphos, divers can enjoy Manidjin Island, only ten minutes by boat from Coral Bay Harbour. This drive takes you to twenty-five metres with spectacular caves and swims throughs. The cave is covered in calciferous algae in purples and pinks, along with the opportunity to see the yellowfin barracuda, that has made this site his home. Another of the top diving sites in Cyprus is The Caves in Ayia Napa, which is accessible from the coast. This popular dive spot has underwater caves with an amphora seabed, believed to

Also in Limassol is the Jubilee Shoals, close to Avdimou Bay. This dive site is only suitable for experienced divers with an underwater cliff face, caves, tunnels and pinnacles that drop to sixty metres below the sea surface. There are plenty of morays and octopus to experience, along with plenty of tuna. About Us: Pissouri Bay Divers offers the best scuba diving experiences in Cyprus.
