The Museum of the Moving Image is a rare institution that can educate and entertain multiple generations • It is manageable in size, and i tis very fun with interactive exhibits.   3. 2. PS 1 Contemporary Art Center • In the location of a former school, PS 1 is a small but amazing contemporary art museum. Now affiliated with MoMA, PS 1 still retains its edge.   4. 3. NY Hall of Science • The New York Hall of Science, located in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park is a cool interactive science museum designed for children. It has great hands-on exhibits, and more than any other museum in NYC. Most importantly, it’s a fun destination for ages 5 and up. They also have a farm stand, a vineyard making its first vintage of wine, and they are the host of the annual Queens County Fair. The Museum building dates to a World’s Fair, but from the 1939 one. • Their best exhibits are about the two World’s Fairs held in Flushing Meadows, and the Panorama of New York City. Also, they have a cool model of all five boroughs.
