The worst thing you can do after starting your diet is skipping the diet schedule once in a while for the sake of several excuses. • Trust me, that is one of the biggest mistakes you can make – bigger than not starting your diet plan. • There are a lot of people who often questions me – how to start the diet plan? However, I personally feel that the question should be more like – how to stay consistent with a diet plan. • Starting a diet plan is pretty easy; what harder is to stick with it.

However, there are plenty of registered dietitians in Florida, who can help you with the consistency of your diet by planning out the same and keeping you motivated. • They say, variety is a spice of life – uh huh! That isn’t true! if you are planning on leading a healthy and prosperous life, it should be more like – consistency is the spice of life. • Now, I might sound pretty corny but that is the way to go!

If you plan on being consistent with your diet, you got to stick to your diet and exercise schedule and give it a go – which BTW is tough. • I know eating healthy means eating non tasty, ugly food. • But that isn’t true. There are plenty of dishes that are healthy and yet tasty. The best thing about being on a diet is that you get to experiment with the food and you also get to know that eating healthy doesn’t equal to eating disgusting food.

  5. So how to be consistent? • Well the mantra is to stick to what you have been doing no matter what! • But then again, that doesn’t seem to pretty easy for you. So here is what you can do – • Look at your past mistakes and look at you now. What are you going through because of those health mistakes you have made in the past? Do you want to repeat it? You will get your answer.

  6. The portion size matters. Just because you are eating healthy, doesn’t mean that you get to eat a load of them. • You need to make specific amount of food as your everyday portion and stick to it. Start from smaller amount and increase it day by day. • THANKS
