Case Manager Responsibilities • After completion of checklist (approximately 1-2 months): • Assesses each client during intake. • Place individuals in appropriate jobs according to their career goals and criminal record. • Perform an oral evaluation before client enters the work force. • Assist client in a job search 3 times a week. • Provide career counseling. • Keep tracking records of each clients program requirement.
