Diagnosis: Desmoplastic Melanocytic Nevus

A 26-year-old male presents with a raised nodule on his left arm with a collarette. Neoplastic proliferation is noted in the expanded papillary dermis. S-100 strongly positive, CD-68 negative in neoplastic cells, CD-34 positive in blood vessels.
