  2. Government Policy As per the policy determined by Government of India & Government of Maharashtra, we have to reduce consumption of Electricity up to 60%. We know that everyday the demand is increasing & we can not produce & supply it as pre requirement of consumer.

  3. There is only one way that without load shading, we can provide 100% lighting to our public by using of Energy Efficient Power “LED Lighting System”

  6. Benefits of LED Lightings You will not require investing any kind of amount for replacing HPSV with LED lights. You will not require to arrange any kind of additional manpower for supervision & investment/expenses on inventory, maintenance etc. for at least 10 years. You can enjoy the benefits of LED lights minimum for 10 years.

  10. Terms & Conditions This agreement will be for 10 years period. We will provide the LED fixtures up to your Electrical Store. Fitting of the same will be done jointly (You & PPS). The maintenance of Poles, Panels & Cables will be responsibility of yours. We will keep inventory of 5 fixtures in your stores for any emergency replacement. Such types of replacements are very very rare & it will be less than 1%. We will supply you total quantity of LED street lights within 3 months period after receiving your ‘Work Order’. You will provide us last 6 months MSEDCL Bills for study & fix average electricity cost. The average cost will be increased subject to MSEDCL increase the unit rates. You will accept the average cost in written.

  11. For smooth & effective operations you will take following precautions Arrangement of good condition “Junction Box” Testing of: Cables, Panels, Contactors, MCBs, Timer, Busbar etc. If possible you can arrange ELCB in panels for extra protections.

  12. Billing Our billing format will be as below: Average Cost – Current cost of the month = PESPL Billing value. e.g. 1000000 – 700000 = 300000 Payment terms: You will provide us MSEDCL monthly bill immediately within two days of it’s receipts to you. We will raise our bill & submit to you within two days of it’s receipts to us. You will make the payment to us before last date of MSEDCL’s payment.
